However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to seek a refund or address an issue. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.


Refunds & Cancellation :

Due to the unique nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Nevertheless, we are committed to resolving any concerns you may have. You are eligible for a refund or replacement in the following circumstances


For Products :

Wrong Product: If the product received is wrong, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide a photo of the product in question.


Incorrect or Damaged Order: If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving it. Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.


Once we have the necessary information, our Quality Control team and Shipping partner will investigate the issue to provide a resolution.

It must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all tags intact.
It should be in its original packaging.


Upon contacting us at, we will guide you on how to return the item to the address provided by us. We will internally inspect the returned item and notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


For Services :

Once, any service is booked, it is non-cancellable. However, we are open to change date and time slot as per your convenience. You can contact us to change the session time at least 10 hours before your scheduled session.


We will accommodate the timings further, if the session is cancelled or the session is not completed as per the slot because of the issue from astrologer’s side.
